The Salzburger Almenweg with its excellent, comprehensive and particularly innovative offer already received a couple of awards in the last years:


2007: T.A.I "Werbe Grand Prix" - 1. Place

This is one of the severest competitions for touristic means of promotion. Nominated are the best posters, brochures, web-sites and tv-spots of touristic promotion in german speaking countries.


2007: "ebiz egovernment award" - 2. Place

This is an award which considers projects which have already been implemented or projects which have already reached an advanced state of development. This award is intended for nearly all kinds of online-trades such as: marketing, logistics or administration.


2007: ITB - Audience Award

The Salzburger Almenweg convinced the audience of the World’s Leading Travel Trade Show with its holiday-package: "Hiking from alpine hut to alpine hut". Therefore the Almenweg got the price for the best offer.


2006: Zipfer Tourismuspreis - Audience Award

This is a cooperation of Zipfer Beer, SalzburgerLand Tourismus and ORF-Salzburg. The aim is to find holiday-offers which generate special benefits for guests in the SalzburgerLand.
